Cancellation

There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 10:00 hotel local time 2 days before your date of arrival.

If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged.

For all cancellations please contact our central reservations on 0844 800 9965 between 09:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday, should you wish to cancel out of these hours, please contact the hotel direct on 01451 844324.
